Lotus flower Grounding

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart in a quiet space.

First, you ask for the support of Masters of the Temple of Hathor and greet them.

You say, “Masters of the temple of hathor, I wish to do lotus flower grounding. Please guide me.”

Feel the prana channel going along your spinal cord.

Make sure that you feel unconditional love and unconditional acceptance.

(You amply receive unconditional love and unconditional acceptance and assimilate with them to match your undulation to theirs.)

Prana from both Heaven and Earth flows together through the prana channel into your heart chakra.

A lotus flower will bloom in my heart chakra and under your feet at the same moment.

Extend the prana channel to the core of the earth from your Coccyx.

Extend down the prana passing through magma.

When the prana reaches the core of the earth, you may see lots of rock crystal.

You connect the prana channel through this.

Next, you extend the prana channel toward Heaven from the top of the head.

High up in the air, you extend the prana channel passing through the atmosphere and cosmic space as far as you can.

The surrounding color gradually begins to change.

Extend the prana channel as far as you can, and when you think it reaches Heaven (pink light or golden light), then it’s done. There are individual differences in how long you extend it.

Prana from Heaven and Earth will flow together into your heart chakra, bringing the feeling of unconditional love and unconditional acceptance.

Then prana from Heaven and prana from Earth both fuse together in your heart chakra.

This prana gives your whole body sustenance. (You feel it in your body.)

Again, you feel prana from Heaven and prana from Earth flowing together into your heart chakra, bringing unconditional love and acceptance.

If you breathe rapidly or stop breathing, the prana will never stop flowing into your body.

You have become a “himorogi channel” connecting Heaven and Earth. You are a thick, thick “himorogi channel.”

☆You may feel your body shaking, but leave it to nature. When you feel it’s good enough, it’s done.

There is nothing to fear but the possibility of us falling to these phantom emotions.

Love energy buffers everything and detoxifies everything.

Love is the only energy that truly exists.

Fill yourself with love and go along with it.

After you filling with love, the love overflows and is radiated.

If you fill yourself with love and harmonize with it, you will realize that you are supported and helped by its existence on the same wavelength, in both the seen world and the unseen word.
